The Denver Broncos signed some of the top undrafted free agents on the market following the 2024 NFL Draft and on Wednesday, three of them were selected in the UFL rookie draft

The UFL recently completed its first season following a merger between the USFL and XFL, forming one spring league that saw the Birmingham Stallions win a third straight spring league title. The Broncos signed Dondrea Tillman off that same roster following the spring season.

Three of the team's top undrafted players, Frank Crum, Blake Watson and Omar Brown, were selected in Wednesday's draft.

With the last pick in the first round (No. 8 overall), the Stallions chose offensive tackle Frank Crum. From Wyoming, Crum has a chance to make an impact for the Broncos this summer and should be on the practice squad at the very least.

With the very next pick, the Memphis Showboats chose running back Blake Watson. This would be a bit of a homecoming for Watson, who played his college ball at Memphis. However, he was one of the top-rated undrafted players at any position and should have a good chance to be a future contributor in Denver.

Finally in the tenth round (No. 76 overall), former Nebraska safety Omar Brown was chosen by the DC Defenders. Because of the lack of depth at the safety position, he should have a good chance to make the Broncos' 53-man roster too.

All three players will likely be placed on the practice squad if they are cut and clear waivers, but they could also opt to play in the UFL if their NFL careers don't work out.
