When asked about his contract extension, Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons, who is entering his fourth NFL season, employed the age-old adage: "Patience is a virtue."

Parsons, 25, is officially contracted with the Cowboys through the 2025 season because the team exercised the fifth-year option on his rookie deal.  His extension could be valued at around $200 million.

The three-time Pro Bowler talked to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram about the ongoing Dallas Cowboys contract situations  Quarterback Dak Prescott is in the final year of his contract, and wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, a holdout from training camp, is in the same situation. Parsons is advocating for CeeDee and Dak "to get whatever" while he is "waiting for his turn."
