The Texans have a pretty big admirer following their huge offseason

Cowboys star pass rusher Micah Parsons admitted Thursday he was "jealous" of all the moves the other team from Texas made.

"I was jealous," Parsons said on Bleacher Reports' 2024 NFL draft show. "They suped up, bro”

Houston spent $211 million this offseason, the sixth-most money in free agency this offseason. They added players like edge rusher Danielle Hunter, defensive lineman Denico Autry and re-signed tight end Dalton Schultz and others. The Texans also traded for running back Joe Mixon and wide receiver Stefon Diggs and gave them new contracts.

The Cowboys, meanwhile, spent just 11 million dollars this offseason, which was the fewest in the league. Dallas mostly re-signed its own players during free agency and lost a lot of big-name players like Tony Pollard, Tyron Smith and Tyler Biadasz.

Parsons' future with the Cowboys is a big question mark as well. He and wide receiver CeeDee Lamb are due for contract extensions in the future. The team is also uncertain about its commitment to quarterback Dak Prescott, who has one year left on his current deal.

Either way, Parsons at least liked what he saw from the Texans even before the draft.
