The Dallas Cowboys were lambasted on Sunday by the New Orleans Saints, and the team's defense was largely to blame for the embarrassing loss.

However, star defensive end Micah Parsons isn't hearing any talk about Mike Zimmer being blamed for the performance.

Parsons was on social media after the team's 44-19 loss to the Saints. He saw a fan account blaming Zimmer for his defensive scheme in the game, and then he responded with a tweet that tells us plenty about his views.

Blogging with the Boys, responding to the dismal performance, tweeted, "allowing the opponent to score a touchdown on literally every possession is an interesting strategy choice from Mike Zimmer."

Dallas gave up touchdowns to New Orleans on the game's first six drives for the Saints. The game was practically over by halftime, and the Cowboys gave up 432 yards of offense. So, it's understandable that fans would be upset.

In response, Parson quote-tweeted with a strong message of support for his coach: "S-- in’t have nothing to do with zim but everything on us!! Zim ain’t the one playing!"

It'll be interesting to take a look at the tape when it comes out on Monday to see what it tells us. One thing that is undeniable is the fact that the Cowboys won't win another Super Bowl any time soon if that's the kind of defensive effort we see the rest of the season.
