Cleveland Browns fans breathing a sigh of relief because Raiders DE Maxx Crosby was reportedly out of the Week 4 game are in for a jolt.
Despite Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce saying that Crosby was out for Sunday's game, that may not be the case. Crosby is officially listed as doubtful on the injury report.
Doubtful often means out, but in the case of Crosby, he has previously played when his game time status was doubtful.
The #Raiders are officially listing DE Maxx Crosby (ankle) as doubtful -- not out as coach Antonio Pierce said -- for Sunday's game against the #Browns.

Crosby was listed as doubtful for a game last November against Kansas City ... and played.
Browns fans thought with Crosby and wide receiver Davante Adams out of the game that the team should be able to pick up a win on the road. The Browns have a laundry list of injuries that are keeping key offensive players out of this game. David Njoku, Jack Conklin, Jedrick Wills, and Pierre Strong Jr. are officially out for the game.
Both teams are 1-2 and desperate for a Week 4 win to get to .500. The team that loses the game and drops to 1-3 faces an uphill climb getting into contention in its division. Kansas City is 3-0 in the AFC West, and the Pittsburgh Steelers are 3-0 in the AFC North.
