NFL picks, predictions Week 4: Cleveland Browns vs. Las Vegas Raiders image

The Cleveland Browns are 1-2 and are coming off a loss to the New York Giants in Week 2. They face the Las Vegas Raiders, who just made Andy Dalton and the Carolina Panthers look like The Greatest Show On Turf in Week 3, and will be without Davante Adams and Maxx Crosby in this game. Are the Browns expected to win by the experts?

CBS Sports

Pete Prisco: "Both teams are coming off bad home losses. The Raiders have been considering a quarterback change, while a lot of folks in Cleveland wouldn't mind one. Deshaun Watson is not playing well. I think he will pick it up here and play better. The Browns win their second road game of the season. Pick: Browns 23, Raiders 17"

Pro Football Talk

Mike Florio and Chris Simms

"'Which team is worse?'”

Florio: Raiders, 20-14.

Simms: Browns, 17-16."

Bleacher Report

BR Staff: "With Gardner Minshew II remaining the starter, his functional mobility should help against Cleveland's ferocious front. Plus, the quarterback threw for over 300 yards against the Browns last season, albeit as a member of the Indianapolis Colts. Finally, Las Vegas' talented defensive front should be able to take full advantage of all the injuries that Cleveland has along its offensive line, including standout right guard Wyatt Teller now being on injured reserve."
