The Browns have taken a very cautious approach to Deshaun Watson's recovery from mid-season shoulder surgery.

Watson threw passes during the first day of Browns' organized team activities on Tuesday, but head coach Kevin Stefanski said his quarterback will only throw every other day while he continues to rehab his shoulder. Stefanski added that he's seen considerable improvement with Watson but that the team will continue to work with him on his recovery.

"He looked like himself to me," Stefanski said Wednesday. "I've been able to watch him the last couple of weeks now that we've gotten into phase 2. So, I've seen him throw. He's making great progress. We will just continue to follow the medical team on this but he looks like himself."
