NFL Network's Rich Eisen recently shared his list of five teams most likely to go from worst-to-first in their divisions with his top choice being the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Bengals finished 9-8 and in last place in the AFC North. Joe Burrow's injury issues were considered part of the reason for their disappointing season. Eisen believes that Burrow is healthy and has a fire in his eyes that indicates he is ready to lead this team to the Super Bowl once again.
Eisen does not address the stacked and talented AFC North. The Ravens led the way last season with a 13-4 record, followed by the Browns at 11-6 and the Steelers at 10-7. The AFC North teams have six challenging games (one at home and one on the road) with their three divisional foes. The Bengals finished an abysmal 1-5 record in division play last year. To win the AFC North as Eisen predicts, Burrow and company will need to do much better in divisional games this year.
