The Kansas City Chiefs have been the biggest thorn in the side of the Buffalo Bills for the last four years.
They lost to the Chiefs in Kansas City in the 2020-21 AFC Championship Game, as well as the infamous "13 seconds" game where Josh Allen played as perfect a game as a quarterback could play. This past season, they lost to the Chiefs at home after Allen gave Buffalo the lead in the fourth quarter and led them down the field for a potential game-tying field goal that Tyler Bass missed.
The Chiefs made it to the Super Bowl in all three instances, winning two. Marquez Valdes-Scantling was part of two Super Bowl winning teams in Kansas City, and is now in Buffalo. Not only is he donning Bills threads, he looks good in doing so.
The former fifth-round pick is heating up in training camp, and according to Alex Brasky of Batavia Daily News, is as close to a roster lock as there is on the roster.
"Marquez Valdes-Scantling had a slow start to training camp but has been heating up in recent days," Brasky posted on X. "After Khalil Shakir, Curtis Samuel, Keon Coleman, and Mack Hollins, MVS may be the only other roster lock within the Bills WR room."

The Bills likely signed Valdes-Scantling to be a vertical threat in the offense. If he can provide that, he could have a very nice season.
