Ravens 2024 schedule: NFL leaks Baltimore's first game image

The Baltimore Ravens are going to have the opportunity to make the first big statement of the 2024 NFL season.

According to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated, the Ravens will kick off the season against the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday, September 5.

The game will be in Kansas City.

The game is a rematch of the 2023 AFC Championship, which the Chiefs won in Baltimore, 17-10.

The Ravens last played in Kansas City in 2019, losing to the Chiefs, 33-28. In a battle of two of the league's top quarterbacks, Patrick Mahomes has dominated Lamar Jackson, winning four of the five matchups.

The Ravens last won in Arrowhead Stadium in 2012.

It'll be a chance for the Ravens to prove they are Super Bowl contenders once again. Following a relatively quiet offseason without many splashy moves — with the exception of signing Derrick Henry — the Ravens are betting on health, continuity, and their internal structure to produce impact players.

What better way to find out that a game against the reigning champs in primetime?
