The Baltimore Ravens used the 30th pick in the 2024 NFL Draft to select cornerback Nate Wiggins from Clemson.

The pick is something of a value selection for the Ravens: The Sporting News' big board had Wiggins as the 28th best prospect.

Wiggins is long, talented, and young at just 20 years old.

In his senior season, Wiggins compiled 28 total tackles, 2 interceptions, 2 forced fumbles, and a sack.

A fluid athlete, Wiggins also had the highest coverage grade among ACC cornerbacks in 2022, according to Pro Football Focus.

While the Ravens still have solid cornerback talent, they needed an outside corner after the offseason departure of Ronald Darby.

Ravens GM Eric DeCosta said the team would likely look at a cornerback in the early rounds of the draft, saying he felt it was a deep and talented class.
