Earlier this week, it was reported that Michigan QB Wilton Speight broke his collarbone in the game against Iowa, though head coach Jim Harbaugh said he was day-to-day.
Harbaugh wasn't playing coy — Speight was in uniform and taking throws in warm-ups before the Wolverines' game against Indiana.

However, Speight wasn't taking full warm-ups with the other quarterbacks, according to Detroit Free Press writer Mark Snyder.
Speight is with the quarterback group but not taking snaps in the rotation with O'Korn, Morris, Malzone and Peters. Standing by.

Backup QB John O'Korn is the presumed starter against the Hoosiers, but Speight getting some work in is good news for Michigan.
