The Texas Tech Red Raiders will host the California Golden Bears on Saturday on ESPN for the 2023 Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl. 

Both teams are 6-6 this season and, respectively, led by star running backs Jaydn Ott and Tahj Brooks. 

Ott, a sophomore for Cal, has rushed for the 13th most yards in FBS at 1,260 yards. He also has 11 touchdowns to his name this season. 

Brooks, a senior at Texas Tech, has rushed for 1,443 yards this season --- the fourth-most in FBS. He has nine rushing touchdowns on the books this season.
