A classic HBCU rivalry game is set to take place this weekend, as Morehouse and Tuskegee will battle in Columbus, Ga.
After an 0-3 start, Tuskegee finally secured a victory on Sunday with a 27-13 win over Edward Waters University. The Golden Tigers needed to overcome a 13-3 halftime deficit in order to avoid a four-game losing streak.
Just like their golden counterparts, the Maroon Tigers enter Saturday's contest with only one win. They defeated Kentucky State on Sept. 21, but they fell to Benedict College last week, producing just five points.
