Ohio State has no shortage of talent this upcoming season. The Buckeyes bring in a handful of transfers this offseason, making them one of the premier contenders to win the national championship this season.
However, they haven't had much success against their archrival Michigan lately. Ryan Day is just 1-3 during his tenure vs. the Wolverines and desperately needs a win over them this season. This storyline has Stephen A. Smith's attention as we near week 1.
"The last three years, {Ohio State} lost to Michigan," he said in his segment "Stephen's A-List" on ESPN's First Take. "If you lose four straight, that's the first time that might've happened in the last 33 years. You can't let that happen, Ryan Day!"

Caleb Downs headlines the transfers Ohio State has coming in this season. The former Alabama safety recorded 70 solo tackles, two interceptions, and three pass deflections with the Crimson Tide last season.
Quinshon Judkins will play a vital role in the Buckeyes' run game. The former Ole Miss running back, along with TreyVeyon Henderson, makes this backfield duo one of the best in the country.
Michigan's loss of multiple key players from last year's national championship team puts more pressure on Day to get the job done against his rival. The game will also be played in Columbus, so excuses will be at a premium come Nov. 30.
