A pair of Big Ten quarterbacks might be playing the final few games of their college careers.
Michigan's Shea Patterson and Ohio State's Dwayne Haskins are both expected to declare for the 2019 NFL Draft at the end of the season, according to a report Saturday from Matt Miller of Bleacher Report.

Patterson throwing his name into the NFL hat wouldn't be particularly surprising, but Haskins' declaration appeared unlikely as recent as earlier this week.
Per the report, which cited unnamed sources, the two plan to declare this year to maximize their draft stock and avoid joining SEC quarterbacks Tua Tagovailoa and Jake Fromm in the 2020 class.
After transferring from Ole Miss, Patterson, a junior, has Michigan firmly in the College Football Playoff picture. He has completed 67 percent of his passes with 17 touchdowns and just three interceptions. Haskins, a sophomore, leads all Big Ten quarterbacks in a number of categories this season, including passing touchdowns (33), passer rating (165.4) and passing yards (3,280).
The Wolverines and Buckeyes will meet Nov. 24 in Columbus in a game with major College Football Playoff implications.
