The SEC is gearing up for the 2024 college football season and coaches and players will headline SEC media days to discuss their expectations for the upcoming season.

The league will look a bit different this year, as two powerhouse programs in Texas and Oklahoma joined in the offseason to bring the conference to 16 teams.

SEC media days will be held in Dallas for the first time, and will include some new faces including Sooners head coach Brent Venables, Texas' Steve Sarkisian, Mike Elko of Texas A&M and Jeff Lebby of Mississippi State.

This will be the first time in more than two decades that SEC media days will not feature Nick Saban, after he retired as the head coach of Alabama and was replaced by Kalen DeBoer.
