Johnny Manziel told NCAA investigators Sunday that he did not accept money for signing autographs, CBSSports.com's Bruce Feldman reported.
The Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback met with NCAA investigators for nearly six hours. Manziel reportedly signed his name more than 4,400 times for memorabilia dealers over six sessions in December and January.
According to the CBSSports.com report, the NCAA's line of questioning with Manziel was on the Texas A&M player's financial records.

Also, on Monday, Texas A&M released a statement that said Manziel's teammates would not be allowed to comment on their quarterback when they meet with media Tuesday. The Aggies open the season Saturday at home against Rice.
