Ohio State coach Urban Meyer is having rough night in Madison, Wis., as his No. 2 ranked Buckeyes are struggling offensively, it’s raining heavily and he’s getting abused by referees.
Early in the game Ohio State was slapped with a 15-yard penalty for sideline interference when this referee waved his arm into Meyer’s face.
