Joey Julius is a very large man, but he is still a kicker. And while he can make a tackle, that doesn't mean he deserves to be the victim of a cheap shot in the name of "blocking."

That is Minnesota linebacker Jaylen Waters delivering that late hit late in the third quarter, following Penn State taking the lead in a massive 17-0 third quarter. Walters was ejected from the game.

The weird part is Julius hadn't been blocked on an earlier play, when he went for a tackle and ... it didn't end so well.
