After a fan wore a Barack Obama mask and a noose around his neck over Halloween weekend, Wisconsin will update its stadium policies to avoid future incidents.
The fan removed the offensive parts of his costume when asked by stadium staff, but the damage was already done.
I'm offended that they allowed a fan into the game with this.

As it stands, fans cannot wear masks into Camp Randall Stadium. But once inside they can put them on. That will likely change before the Badgers’ next home game Nov. 12 against Illinois.

Wisconsin athletic director Barry Alvarez said in a statement that he was “deeply troubled” by the costume.
"I appreciated the opportunity to meet with a number of community leaders and students this afternoon to discuss our stadium policies," Alvarez said Wednesday. "Our plan, before our next home football game, is to have a revised policy in place. Our department is committed to working collaboratively to make our stadium a great and safe place for fans to watch a football game."
