After watching one of the greatest endings to a college football game in recent memory, the question remains: Should Michigan have punted on fourth down with 10 seconds left?
Former Michigan coach Brady Hoke says no.

"Personally, if we have the No. 1 defense in the nation I'm going to test those guys," Hoke said, according to the Detroit News. "You've got to play to the strength of your football team and the strength of the Michigan football team all year long has been their defense."
Hoke, who is a co-host on SiriusXM College Sports Nation, thought there were too many ways a punt could go awry so he'd put the game in the hands of his defense. During Tuesday's show, Hoke discussed the play and said he would've handed the ball to De'Veon Smith on fourth down to eat up some clock.
Hoke has a point, though. Michigan would've been losing by at least two touchdowns, so a punt would've been out of the question.
