Opponents heading to "Death Valley" this season shouldn't expect a warm welcome from the LSU Tigers.
Brian Kelly is entering his third season as the head coach at LSU, looking to make it his best season yet. And with the College Football Playoff introducing a 12-team bracket this year, he could lead the Tigers to a postseason berth for the first time.
LSU is expected to be one of the SEC's top dogs — sorry, cats — after back-to-back 10-win seasons and bowl game victories. While they won't have Heisman Trophy winner Jayden Daniels, the Tigers' ceiling remains high because of the amount of talent on the roster.
They will be tested by multiple ranked opponents, but that's always the case in the SEC.

Chris Blair is the current "Voice of the Tigers." The play-by-play announcer for football, baseball and men's basketball, Blair joined LSU athletics back in 2015. He began working with his father on his hometown radio station at age 14.
