The love affair between rapper Lil Jon and the Tennessee Volunteers is rapidly blooming. As explained by SB Nation, it started with Tennessee playing "Turn Down For What" on third downs and fans chanting "Third down for what!" (This, by the way, is undoubtedly lost on a huge part of the crowd, which makes it even better.)

If you didn't know that bit of information, then seeing these tweets from Lil Jon to Tennessee's football Twitter account was probably pretty confusing.

And now, Lil Jon has become so iconic that his face is featured on The Rock on Tennessee's campus.

Oh, and there's a Lee Greenwood/Lil Jon mashup. How can this even get better?
