Things are calming down in Columbus.

Ezekiel Elliott has apologized for lashing out about Ohio State's playcalling Saturday against Michigan State. Elliott received the ball twice in the second half and put the onus on the coaching staff for not putting the team "in the right situations to win the game."

He issued the apology Monday.

Elliott also cleared things up with his coach, too. During Monday's availability, Urban Meyer said Elliott has rectified things with him, and all is well between coach and player.

Now that the outburst is behind them, Meyer, Elliott and the rest of the Buckeyes can focus on their rivalry game against Michigan this weekend.
