The atmosphere at college football stadiums is unmatched. All over the country, venues fill with diehard fans, ready to bring energy to their favorite football team.
That environment isn't just limited to reality, either. With the return of an NCAA football video game on the horizon, that means that gamers can get hyped up as well for their virtual experience playing college football.
EA College Football 25 is bringing back plenty of what made the series a smash hit over a decade ago. Every program's fight song is set to be included in the latest edition of the game, creating a realistic aura for its users.
It's not just the tunes belted out by marching bands, either. There are certain songs that are staples in the college football world that are set to be included in the game — and a couple of iconic jams that unfortunately are not going to be heard.
Here is what to know about the tunes set to be played in EA College Football 25.

What songs are not in EA College Football 25?
Enter Sandman - Metallica
When you're talking about the best college football entrances, there are not many that can top Virginia Tech. The Hokies use Metallica's 1991 song "Enter Sandman" to get the stadium rocking as the football team races onto the field.
Unfortunately, the licensing for Metallica songs is quite expensive, according to The Athletic's Chris Vannini. Instead, a generic rock tune is played that sounds somewhat similar, but let's face it — nothing will hit the same as the original.
Jump Around - House of Pain
Badgers fans are going to be disappointed in the omission of one of their favorite tunes. House of Pain's "Jump Around" is a staple at Camp Randall Stadium, with Wisconsin fans taking the title of the song and putting it into action by, well, jumping around.
Like "Enter Sandman" the rights to the song are just too expensive, so the tune isn't included in the video game.
What songs are in EA College Football 25?
Kernkraft 400 - Zombie Nation
"Kernkraft 400" by Zombie Nation can be heard at venues all across sports. It's the celebration song for a number of clubs, including the Boston Bruins of the NHL.
When it comes to the NCAA, Penn State is tied closely to it. It's played multiple times during football contests at Beaver Stadium, with the crowd shouting out, "We are Penn State" in unison with the beat.
Tsunami - Dvbbs & Borgeous
Another techno song that frequents the sporting scene is "Tsunami," the 2014 hit by Dvbbs and Borgeous.

At Army games, the massive wave of Army Cadets can be seen jumping up and down in unison with the song blasted over the speakers.
Sandstorm - Darude
"Sandstorm" by Darude has been a staple at sporting events since its release in 2000. It's played at a plethora of college football venues, but it's become synonymous with South Carolina.
Gamecocks fans have a whole pregame routine with the song to get the energy rocking at Williams-Brice Stadium.
Mo Bamba - Sheck Wes
One of the best hype-up songs that is more recent than some of the others is "Mo Bamba," the 2017 hit by Sheck Wes.
It's not necessarily tied to one team, with multiple venues using the jam to get the crowd into the game. However, one of the more iconic moments in college football came with the song in the background.
In 2019, Penn State hosted Michigan for the annual "White Out" game. With over full capacity at Beaver Stadium, the crowd belted out the song so loud that the Wolverines were forced to use a timeout before the first play, causing the fans in the stands to bellow out at an even higher volume.
Welcome to the Jungle - Guns N' Roses
Would it really be a sporting event without Gun N' Roses iconic "Welcome to the Jungle"? The 1987 smash hit is one of the best tunes to get the energy pumping.
It's not tied to one college football program, but it was a perfect fit for the trailer for College Football 25.
Neck - Instrumental
It's not a true LSU game without "Neck" being belted out in Death Valley. The song is a version of "Talkin' Out Da Side Of Ya Neck," by Dem Franchize Boyz, and it's a bit controversial given its very NSFW lyrics; however, that hasn't stopped fans at Tiger Stadium from shouting out the tune.
Wave on Wave - Pat Green
Similarly to "Neck," the "Wave on Wave" is really only related to one program — Iowa. The song, created by Pat Green, is not a hype-up song, but it's one that holds special meaning to Hawkeye nation.
At every home game in Kinnick Stadium, all fans turn to wave at the patients in the Stead Family Children's Hospital, situated next to the stadium. The tradition first started in 2017 and has grown ever since. The song, which was released in 2003, only recently became tied to the Iowa Wave.
