We are nearly three months removed from Michigan's victory over Washington in the College Football Playoff national championship game, but the unofficial start of a new season is already here.
Several teams across the country will be back in action for spring games this month, giving their fans just a small sample of what they should expect to see during the 2024 campaign. It will be a transition period for many programs that saw the recent departures of their head coaches.
Nick Saban ended a wildly successful run at Alabama, opening the door for former Washington coach Kalen DeBoer to replace him. Jim Harbaugh stepped down at Michigan and returned to the NFL, handing the reins over to Sherrone Moore. And Chip Kelly surprisingly decided to step down as UCLA's head coach in order to become Ohio State's offensive coordinator.
After so many changes to the college football landscape, there will be a renewed focus on the traditional powerhouses as they seek offseason improvement.
Here is everything you need to know about college football spring games, including TV and streaming options for contests involving some of the nation's top teams.
