A new team is sitting atop The Associated Press college football poll.

After a blowout victory over UTSA last week, Texas jumped over Georgia in the rankings, marking the first time in 16 years that the Longhorns have earned the No. 1 spot. Texas will be a heavy favorite against UL Monroe, though it's unclear if Quinn Ewers (oblique strain) or Arch Manning will be the starting quarterback in Week 4. (UPDATE: Texas coach Steve Sarkisian announced that Manning will be the starter on Saturday.)

Georgia, meanwhile, is still undefeated, but it dropped down to No. 2 because it nearly lost an SEC battle against Kentucky. Ohio State, Alabama and Ole Miss remained in their positions to round out the top five.

Is there even more movement on the way?

Here is everything you need to know about the Week 4 schedule, including TV and streaming options for the biggest games.

Is there a college football game tonight?

There will be multiple college football games to watch on both Thursday and Friday before the typical Saturday slate. One of the highly anticipated ranked matchups of Week 4 is No. 24 Illinois vs. No. 22 Nebraska, which will kick off at 8 p.m. ET on Friday night.
