Few college football wide receivers — ever — have the rare mix of size, speed and athletic ability that Arizona’s Tetairoa McMillan possesses.

McMillan is widely projected as a first-round pick in the 2025 NFL draft and his name showed up on PFF’s list of 32 offensive players every NFL team should keep an eye on ahead of next year.

In this scenario, McMillan is a prime target of the Bills and provides a prime target for quarterback Josh Allen.

From PFF: “The Bills bid adieu to Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis this offseason, leaving their wide receiver room without a true difference-making WR1. They selected Keon Coleman in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft, and perhaps he could step into that role, but the team will likely be on the hunt for a top-tier receiver next offseason regardless. The 6-foot-5, 210-pound McMillan looks like a rare breed when he’s on a football field. His best play brings out shades of Mike Evans.”

It’s tough to find a higher compliment or comparison for McMillan than Evans, who is also 6-foot-5 but just a shade heavier than McMillan at 225 pounds. Evans set an NFL record with his 10th consecutive season of at least 1,000 receiving yards in 2023.

McMillan was an All-Pac-12 selection for Arizona in 2023 with 90 receptions for 1,402 receiving yards and 10 touchcdowns.
