Two separate videos taken during the aftermath of the Alabama-Tennessee game on Saturday appear to show Crimson Tide receiver Jermaine Burton striking one Tennessee fan in the head and confronting another.
One video shows Burton confronting a Tennessee fan who briefly crosses his path in the Volunteers' checkered end zone. Footage of the incident originates from TikTok user Emily Isaacs, who claims to be the woman in the video. The video shows Burton striking the fan in her head as he continues toward the locker room.
The video is captioned, "Jermaine Burton smacking me in the head while walking past him after their loss Saturday," followed by a thumbs up emoji.

It's not certain which of the confrontations occurred first. Both happened after the Volunteers upset the Crimson Tide 52-49 on a last-second 40-yard field goal for the team's first win in the series since 2006.
Alabama coach Nick Saban released a statement on Wednesday, acknowledging the video while saying the university was gathering more information. Via Aaron Suttles of The Athletic:
Nick Saban on Jermaine Burton incident: “We are aware of the situation with Jermiane Burton as he was exiting the field Saturday. We are currently working to gather more information.”
