True ACC die-hards must be in awe of this month. Not only have their teams faired well in the NCAA tournament, save for Virginia — sorry, Virginia — but spring football drills and games are on the cusp of beginning. Wake Forest and N.C. State will get the conference started with their spring games each happening on April 7, and Virginia will round out spring games on April 28.
While fans of every team will get an opportunity to see how their team has progressed since the end of last season, Louisville and Florida State fans might be paying extra attention to their respective sides. Both schools will have to recover from major personnel losses: Lamar Jackson leaving Louisville for the NFL, and Jimbo Fisher leaving Florida State for Texas A&M in the SEC.
