Here's all you need to know about Marist at Duke:
When is the Duke-Marist game?
Duke and Marist will play on opening day, Friday, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m. ET
The teams are playing as a part of the on-campus rounds of the 2016 Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off. Originally, the Blue Devils were slated to play Albany, but the school was restricted from spending travel money to North Carolina because of its HB2 law, so Marist replaced Albany on the schedule.

Players to watch
The Blue Devils have probably the most talented roster in the nation. Returners Grayson Allen, Amile Jefferson and Matt Jones will lead the team, while sophomore Luke Kennard should see some increase in action this season. The weird thing is how injury-prone the Duke freshmen have been. Harry Giles (knee), Jayson Tatum (foot) and now Marques Bolden (leg) are all out for the forseeable future, but Duke should be fine for its first couple weeks without them. When they return, watch out.
The Red Foxes have preseason All-MAAC guard in Khallid Hart who will be the focal point of the offense that features 10 returning players. Marist returns all five starters (sophomores Brian Parker, Isaiah Lamb, Kristinn Palsson, and senior Kentrall Brooks) and its top seven scorers from last year, making it a fairly experienced team.
