North Carolina looks to right the ship this weekend in a big ACC clash at the end of the regular season.

The Tar Heels, who hold a tenuous half-game lead in the conference, are coming off an upset road loss to unranked Syracuse and recently fell to Clemson and Georgia Tech – all of whom sit in the bottom-half of the ACC.

Virginia Tech is another lowly-ranked school in the conference, but recently upset Florida State to snap its own three-game losing streak.

R.J. Davis remains a steady force for UNC. He's lead the team in scoring in nine of the Tar Heels' past 11 contests and averages a team-high 21.4 points per game. Armando Bacot dominates the paint for UNC with 14.2 points and 10.2 rebounds per game.

Guards Sean Pedulla and Hunter Cattoor lead the Hokies from the backcourt. Pedulla averages 15.8 points, 4.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game, while Cattoor averages 14.5 points per game. Center Lynn Kidd will have to contend with Bacot down low and averages 13.0 points and 6.8 rebounds per game.

The battle on the glass will be the biggest to watch in this contest. Virginia Tech is not a good rebounding team itself but the Hokies allow just 31.3 boards per game to opponents – which ranks 13th in the country. North Carolina ranks 10th in rebounds per game with 41.0.
