One of the best remaining uncommitted college basketball prospects made his decision on Monday.

Five-star point guard Trevon Duval ended months of speculation by committing to Duke, via a video produced by The Players' Tribune. He chose the Blue Devils over offers from Arizona, Kansas, Louisville, Maryland, UCLA and Villanova, among others.

Duval is ranked by several scouting services as a top-five prospect in the 2017 recruiting class. His decision comes shortly after former Duke guard Frank Jackson decided to sign with an agent and remain in the 2017 NBA draft.

Duval joins Duke's six-man recruiting class that also includes five-star signees Wendell Carter and Gary Trent Jr., four-star prospects Alex O'Connell and Jordan Tucker, and three-star guard Jordan Goldwire. The Blue Devils' 2017 recruiting class is ranked No. 2 nationally, according to 247Sports' composite rankings , behind only Kentucky.
