While betting action certainly slows down during the second weekend of March Madness because there isn't wall-to-wall action like there is during the first weekend. But with so many quality teams remaining, there's plenty of betting interest.

For Thursday's games — despite every team being a major conference, brand-name school — the favorites are getting all the love from the public at William Hill sports books. The only game in which the money count majority differs from the ticket count majority is Miami-Villanova. There was some sharp action on the Hurricanes at 4.5 earlier in the week.

Sweet 16 picks: UVA-ISU | UNC-IU | Wisc-ND | Miami-Nova | Duke-Oregon | Mary-KU

There was some sharp action on Maryland at 6.5, driving the line down to 6 despite three-quarters of bettors backing the Jayhawks. Oklahoma got bet up from -1.5 earlier this week and has been teetering with -3, going there at a handful of Nevada books, thanks to heavy public action.
