Saturday March Madness picks

Wichita State (-2, 131) vs. Miami (12:10 p.m. ET, CBS)

Despite being a No. 11 seed, the Shockers are a short favorite over Miami. They're slightly above the Hurricanes in our ratings.

Yale vs. Duke (-6, 147) (2:40 p.m. ET, CBS)

The Bulldogs made Baylor look foolish on the glass, but can they do the same to Duke? The Blue Devils shot 43 free throws against UNC Wilmington, which helped them to a 93-85 win.

Indiana vs. Kentucky (-4, 155) (5:15 p.m. ET, CBS)

Two of college basketball's most historic programs meet in what should be an excellent game.

Iowa State (-6.5, 146) vs. Arkansas-Little Rock (6:10 p.m. ET, TNT)

ALR needed a miracle comeback to top Purdue, while Iowa State handled Iona to avoid a first-round upset for the third straight year.

Kansas (-8.5, 140) vs. UConn (7:45 p.m. ET, CBS)

Kansas could have its hands full with a UConn team that has excellent guard play and shoots free throws better than anything in the country.

Gonzaga (pk, 139.5) vs. Utah (8:40 p.m. ET, TNT)

The Zags, despite their lower seed, come into this game as a favorite at some shops.

UNC (-10, 152) vs. Providence (9:40 p.m. ET, TBS)

UNC pulled away from Florida Gulf-Coast after a sluggish first half, while Providence beat USC on a last-second lay-up.
