Here's a roundup of our March Madness bracket predictions, regional previews, upset picks, tournament odds and more to help guide you through the NCAA Tournament.

NCAA bracket: Region previews

If simple picks aren't your cup of tea, Mike DeCourcy has gone ahead and broken down all four of the bracket's regions for some in-depth analysis of the best storylines, most likely upsets and more. We've also got stats and sleepers that could decide each region.

East Region: Upset predictions, Final Four pick | Stats, upsets, sleepers that will decide the East Region

No. 1 Villanova, the 2016 national champ, is in competition with Duke and Kentucky to claim college hoops superiority for this decade, with North Carolina still in the hunt. Duke already has two titles, in 2010 and 2015, and UK has reached the Final Four on four occasions along with winning the title in 2012.  If Nova can win the title this year, it could put its record against anyone’s.

Midwest Region: Upset predictions, Final Four pick | Stats, upsets, sleepers that will decide the Midwest Region

Sleeper alert: New Mexico State is good enough to take a run at the Sweet 16, and each of the higher-seeded teams standing in their way (Clemson and Auburn) lost significant players to season-ending injuries in advance of the tournament.

South Region: Upset predictions, Final Four pick | Stats, upsets, sleepers that will decide the South Region

What hasn't happened to No. 4 Arizona this year? You know what hasn't happened at Arizona in a while? A Final Four trip. Wouldn't it be something if this were the year? A potential matchup against No. 5 Kentucky could be the game of the entire region.

West Region: Upset predictions, Final Four pick | Stats, upsets, sleepers that will decide the West Region

Have you seen Michael Porter Jr. yet? Well, you’ve only had 25 minutes’ worth of opportunity so far. Bet Xavier players are delighted at the prospect of having to guard a potential top-five NBA pick to get to the Sweet 16.
