It's been a miraculous season so far for Lauren Hill.
The NCAA granted Mount St. Joseph special permission to move up its game to allow Hill to participate. Then, the freshman surprised her teammates and suited up for a second game. On Saturday, Hill got to play on her home court for the first time this year.
Hill scored the first two points for Mount St. Joseph in its home opener against Franklin College.

After sitting out several games, her coach and teammates were hoping she'd be well enough to play Saturday.
"She's going to dress and see what happens," her coach, Dan Benjamin, said to WCPO 9 Friday night. "If she can get a basket on her home floor, that's what we want her to do."
Mount St. Joseph has one more home game of 2014, hosting College of Wooster on Tuesday, Dec. 16.
