Iowa vs. Maryland women's basketball tickets: Cheapest price, cost to see Caitlin Clark image

Caitlin Clark and Iowa women's basketball have become one of the hottest tickets in the sports world.

As Clark continues her climb up the NCAA scoring charts, the Hawkeyes have drawn record crowds home and away. While Iowa City is where it all started, fans in cities the Hawkeyes only visit once are scrambling to get in the door to watch Clark and Co. firsthand.

Wednesday's game at Northwestern, which saw Clark move into second place on the all-time NCAA women's basketball scoring list, had fans lining up outside Welsh-Ryan Arena for a spot inside and tickets selling for more than $200 each on the secondary market. A record crowd of 7,039 got in the door, the first sellout at the arena for a Northwestern women's game, and most of them were cheering for Clark and the visitors.

The Hawkeyes are selling out arenas everywhere they go — Wednesday was actually the second-smallest crowd for one of their games this season — and that trend will continue with Clark now just 103 points shy of Kelsey Plum's record.

Ticket prices for the Hawkeyes' remaining home and road games already are selling for well over face value. Here's how to get tickets for the next stop on Iowa's schedule, Saturday at Maryland.
