Iowa's journey back to the NCAA title game has been anything but easy, and the Hawkeyes aren't even to the worst of it. The tournament is only picking up.
After escaping West Virginia 64-54 in the second round, the Hawkeyes took care of Colorado in the Sweet 16. Now, only LSU stands between them and another trip to the Final Four.
Caitlin Clark is living up to expectations in her final NCAA season. She scored 32 points against the No. 8 Mountaineers and followed it up with 29 points against No. 5 Colorado. Clark and her teammates will need to leave it all on the court now. The No. 3 Tigers will be Iowa's toughest opponent this entire season.
We'll see Monday if the Hawkeyes can withstand the test of time in one of Clark's final games in black and gold.
