You think NASCAR fights are bad? Think again.

Former Kentucky center Daniel Orton was involved in an ugly brawl over the weekend in China. There was some scuffle between Orton and an opposing player during an inbounds pass, then things heated up quickly at the other end. Orton was apparently kicked in the groin by Tianjin's Liu Wei after he fell to the ground and then began throwing punches.

Orton and another Tianjin player took the fight to the stands. He and three others were ejected in Sichuan's 112-89 win.

Orton signed with Sichuan (of the Chinese Basketball Association) to replace Metta World Peace on the roster. A former 2010 first-round pick by the Orlando Magic, Orton averaged 2.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per game in his three seasons in the NBA.
