Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James' son, Bronny, is one of the most popular NBA Draft prospects, despite a mediocre freshman season at USC.
It's becoming apparent as draft day grows closer that the former Trojan is keeping his list of preferred teams compact. ESPN's Jonathan Givony recently reported the Phoenix Suns are one of the few teams with a legitimate connection to him.
"NBA teams that I talk to say they cannot get Bronny James in their building," Givony said on NBA Today. "Teams that are drafting in the late 20s and 30s, the Phoenix Suns have a second workout scheudled with Bronny later this week, but other than that, we have not seen any NBA team be able to work him out. The sense among the teams is that his agent, Rich Paul, does not want him on a two-way contract."

James averaged 4.8 points and 2.8 rebounds on 36.6% shooting in 25 games. Most see his strong athleticism as a key reason that he'll hear his name called at the draft. If the Suns opt to go a different route with their selections, it shouldn't come as a shock to hear Bronny's name called by the Lakers at No. 55.
