With the official 2024/25 NBA season slowly approaching, media members and fans alike are anxious for basketball to start back up again. Whether it is preseason, media day or any other aspect revolving around the association, people just want to be immersed in what is to come. With impatience at an all-time high, fans may have received some news sooner than expected.
In a recent post by 'Nice Kicks', they displayed a thread of the potential 2024/25 City Edition jerseys for every single NBA team. Taking a look at the Oklahoma City Thunder's jersey, it appears very similar to last year's City Edition with roughly the same color scheme. The only major difference is the switch from 'OKC' on the front to 'Oklahoma'.
While these are just rumors, the designs for all the jerseys look pretty realistic, so it may be safe to assume these could potentially be the official threads. As of right now, the Thunder have not announced what jerseys they will be wearing for each game. But if it is anything like last season, they wore them roughly eight times in the regular season to go along with the In-Season tournament and the Playoffs.

The Thunder’s 2024-25 City Edition jersey has leaked.
It appears to have the pattern from last year’s city edition design on the side panels with “Oklahoma” on the chest.

Overall, there have been mixed reviews from fans and others. While some say it is bland and they should not have left off 'City', others enjoy the color pattern that is being used. Again, it is just a rumor so things could very much change. Moreover, if these are real, they always look better in person on the court as opposed to a photo.
