We now know at least one team that will be in the NBA Finals. The Cleveland Cavaliers will make their second consecutive trip to The Finals after beating the Toronto Raptors, four games to two, in the Eastern Conference finals.
We still don't know who the Cavs will face or who will have home-court advantage.

The Cavs await the winner of the Oklahoma City Thunder-Golden State Warriors Western Conference finals series. If OKC, which is currently up 3-2, wins the series, the Cavs will have home-court advantage based on their 57-25 regular-season record. If the Warriors recover to beat the Thunder, they will get home-court advantage based on their NBA-record 73-9 regular-season mark.
