Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard might be the most laid-back All-Star you’ll find in the league. Apparently, that attitude extends beyond the basketball court.

As detailed in a Sports Illustrated cover story this week, Leonard still drives a 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe he’s had since high school, despite having signed a $94 million contract last year.

"It runs," Leonard told SI, "and it's paid off."

That’s not the only surprise from the article. Apparently he’s addicted to chicken wings — Mango Habanero from Wingstop, specifically — but he strongly prefers using free coupons the company sends him instead of paying full price.

Forget Stephen Curry; Kawhi Leonard may be the most relatable star in the NBA right now.

"He doesn't give a damn about the stardom," Spurs coach Gregg Popovich told SI. "He loves the game. He ignores the rest of it."
