The Brooklyn Nets will host the Dallas Mavericks at the Barclays Center Tuesday on TNT.

The Nets are 1.5 games out of the Eastern Conference play-in picture, holding down the 11th spot in the conference standings. They are 12-13 at home this season.

The Mavericks hold the eighth spot in the Western Conference standings, firmly in the play-in picture. They are 2.5 games behind the sixth spot, which would place them firmly in the playoffs.

At 114.6 points per game, the Nets hold the 18th best offense in the league. They're holding their opponents to 115.4 points per game, making them the 16th best defense in the NBA.

Scoring 118.2 points per game, the Mavericks own the ninth-best offense in the NBA. Allowing 118.8 points, however, the Mavericks' defense ranks 21st in the league.

Mikal Bridges is leading the Nets with 21.9 points per game on offense. Cam Thomas, who is averaging 21.7 points per game, is co-leading the Nets with Bridges.

Luka Doncic is leading the Mavericks across the board. His 34.8 points, 8.6 rebounds and 9.6 assists all lead the Mavericks on offense. He scored 40 points against the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday.
