It looked inevitable a month ago — and impossible a week ago — but the Warriors and Cavaliers will once again meet in the NBA Finals.
The Warriors staved off elimination for three straight games against the Thunder, capping the comeback Monday night with a 96-88 victory to win the Western Conference and advance to the Finals.

The Thunder controlled the first half, but were severely outplayed in the third quarter when the Warriors outscored them 29-12 to turn a six-point halftime deficit to an 11-point lead.
"We started trusting each other, we started making 3s, but more important, we started passing the ball," Kerr told TNT after the third quarter.
The Thunder managed to cut the lead to four points with just under two minutes remaining, but were never able to regain the lead.
The Warriors became just the 10th team in NBA history to win a seven-game series after trailing 3-1. They will now face a Cavaliers team they beat in six games during last year's NBA Finals — and both times during the regular season.
"It'll be fun," Draymond Green said of the looming rematch with the Cavs. "They're rolling right now. They've got a lot of guys playing well, but it'll be a challenge."
