Warriors vs. Cavs: Score, results, highlights from Golden State's win at Quicken Loans Arena image

The Golden State Warriors pulled away in the fourth quarter for a 118-108 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night at Quicken Loans Arena

Golden State and Cleveland were tied with 11:46 to play. But, over the next eight minutes, the Warriors strung together a 20-6 run to secure the victory. Golden State has now won seven of its eight games in January, while the Cavs have lost four straight. The Warriors and Cavs have met in the last three NBA Finals.

Kevin Durant finished with a team-high 32 points and he also dished out eight assists for Golden State. Draymond Green tallied 11 points, 16 rebounds and nine assists, while Stephen Curry totaled 23 points.

LeBron James registered 32 points on 12-of-18 shooting for Cleveland in the losing effort. Isaiah Thomas and Kevin Love finished with 19 and 17 points, respectively.

10:45 p.m. ET: The Cavs have cleared their bench and this one is just about over.

10:44 p.m. ET: Make it 118-104, Warriors after an Andre Iguodala dunk. There’s just 1:24 remaining.

10:42 p.m. ET: The Cavs score four straight to cut their deficit to 113-104 before Durant hits a 3-pointer to extend Golden State’s lead back to 12.

10:36 p.m. ET: Nick Young knocks down a corner 3-pointer and the Warriors advantage has ballooned to 113-99. 

10:35 p.m. ET: Curry hits a free throw and Golden State leads 108-97. He has 23 points with 4:15 remaining.

10:30 p.m. ET: Golden State’s lead reaches double-digits after a layup by Draymond Green.

10:26 p.m. ET: Shaun Livingston connects on a floater to increase the Warriors lead to 103-95, forcing a Cleveland timeout with 6:16 to play.

10:23 p.m. ET: Golden State is on a 6-0 run and has opened up a 99-93 lead with 7:45 to play.

10:15 p.m. ET: Thomas opens the fourth quarter with a jumper to tie the score. The teams follow with almost three minutes of scoreless action before David West hits two free throws for Golden State.

End of third quarter: Golden State 93, Cleveland 91 

10:09 p.m. ET: Thomas hits a floater to cut Cleveland’s deficit to two heading into the fourth quarter. Durant leads all scorers with 29, while James has 26.

10:07 p.m. ET: Durant hits a pull-up 3-pointer from the top of the key to extend Golden State’s lead to 91-85. Durant has 29 points and six assists so far.

10:02 p.m. ET: Curry appears to have an easy layup but James rejects his floater. James comes down on the other end and makes a layup of his own to tie the score at 85 with 2:50 to play in the quarter. 

9:56 p.m. ET: Curry hits another 3-pointer and he’s up to 22 points on eight-of-10 shooting. He has 11 points in the third quarter so far.

9:53 p.m. ET: Thomas knocks down a 3-pointer in transition and Cleveland retakes a two-point advantage. Thomas has 11 points on four-of-14 shooting. 

9:51 p.m. ET: Durant and Curry each hit a three. Durant follows with a pair of free throws and the Warriors lead 73-72.

9:48 p.m. ET: Curry cuts Golden State's deficit to one on a 3-pointer but Love hits back-to-back threes of his own and Cleveland leads 72-65.

9:42 p.m. ET: Durant hits a pair of free throws and Curry follows with a dunk as Golden State trims its deficit to two less than two minutes into the third quarter.

9:39 p.m. ET: We’re back for the second half in Cleveland. Draymond Green opens the third-quarter scoring with a free throw.

Halftime: Cleveland 64, Golden State 57

9:23 p.m. ET: Cleveland heads into halftime with a seven-point advantage after Wade lofts an alley-oop pass to Jeff Green, who finishes a dunk. Wade tallied eight points in the half, while James and Love recorded 20 and 10, respectively. Thompson leads Golden State with 15 points so far. Durant has 13 and Curry has 11 for the Warriors.

9:19 p.m. ET: James blocked a Durant layup attempt earlier in the quarter.

9:11 p.m. ET: Thomas finds James for another dunk and the Cavs’ lead is back up to six, 54-48. James has 20 points so far and is eight-of-10 from the field.

9:09 p.m. ET: Curry checks back in and immediately hits a step-back 3-pointer. Thomas hits two free throws on the other end before Curry finishes a layup. Cleveland leads by two with just over five minutes to play in the half.

9:04 p.m. ET: Golden State cuts its deficit to three after a layup by Kevon Looney. Golden State has received eight bench points so far, while the Cavs bench has scored nine.

9:02 p.m. ET: Dwyane Wade scores four quick points and the Cavs lead 46-39 with 8:41 to play in the half.

8:59 p.m. ET: Cleveland opens the second quarter on a 7-0 run and now leads 44-35 two minutes into the period.

End of first quarter: Cleveland 37, Golden State 35

8:53 p.m. ET: Cleveland ends the first quarter with a two-point advantage after James puts back a missed shot. He leads all scorers with 16 points so far. Thompson has hit three 3-pointers and he totaled 13 points in the quarter. Love also reached double-figures recording 10 points in the period.

8:49 p.m. ET: Durant steals a pass, gets out in transition and throws down a big dunk over James to cut Golden State’s deficit to three.

8:47 p.m. ET: James drives to the basket, gets fouled and finishes through contact. He makes the free throw to increase Cleveland’s lead to 34-27.

8:41 p.m. ET: LeBron James finishes a reverse slam off a pass from Thomas to give the Cavs the lead before Kevin Durant scores his first basket of the game to make the score 25-25 with 4:06 remaining in the quarter.

8:33 p.m. ET: Klay Thompson hits a corner three and he’s already up to 11 points. Jordan Bell follows with a layup as the Warriors take a 19-18 lead. Golden State is on an 8-0 run.

8:29 p.m. ET : Cleveland’s lead is up to 18-11 with 7:13 left in the first quarter after a 3-pointer from Love and another long two from Thomas. The Cavs have opened the game eight-of-10 from the field.

8:27 p.m. ET: LeBron James registers back-to-back baskets and then dishes to an open Jae Crowder for a 3-pointer. Cleveland leads 13-9.

8:24 p.m. ET: Just over two minutes in, Cleveland leads 6-5. Kevin Love, J.R. Smith and Isaiah Thomas have all scored for the Cavs.

8:21 p.m. ET: We’re underway in Cleveland. Isaiah Thomas opens the game with a long jumper to give the Cavs a 2-0 lead.
