Celtics vs. Warriors: Best player prop bets for Game 4
Klay Thompson OVER 20.5 points
Thompson has had his well-documented struggles this postseason, but it hasn’t been as bad as it’s being made out to be. What really matters here is his improvement as a series goes on, going from 15 points a game in the first two games of every series in the playoffs to 22.4 for the rest of the series (entering Wednesday). He lived up to that trend in Game 3, putting in 25 points and making five triples in the loss to Boston. With Steph Curry (left foot) a bit banged up, more will fall on the other Splash Brother’s shoulders in Game 4, and he’s shown he can handle that. – Nick Ashooh
Draymond Green UNDER 7.5 points
Green has gone 5-of-19 shooting from the field and 5-of-10 from the free-throw line through three games in this series, averaging just 5.0 points per game in the process. He was a complete non-factor as a scorer in Games 1 and 3 when he scored four and two points, respectively, and he had very tough individual matchups against Al Horford and Robert Williams III. I expect his lack of scoring to continue in Game 4, especially since he’s asked to do so much defensively against Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. Green has also fouled out twice in three games and is always a threat to get ejected due to technical fouls. Given his comments about the Boston faithful after Game 3, it’s safe to say he will be in a tense atmosphere in this one. – Dan Karpuc
Jayson Tatum OVER 26.5 points
I think Tatum is really going to step it up in this game when it comes to points and hit this OVER by a lot. He had "only" 26 points in Game 3, but he scored 28 points in Game 2 and I see him putting up even more in Game 4 tonight. Especially with the TD Garden crowd behind him, which will most certainly be fueled by Klay Thompson’s recent comments about the Celtics’ fanbase. After the Game 3 win, I think Tatum will be extra inspired to go the distance and soar OVER this points total. – Lucy Burdge
