Team USA has an opportunity to close out the first group phase of the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup with a perfect 3-0 record when it takes on Jordan in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

After a convincing 28-point win over Greece, Team USA will now look to continue to build momentum as it will again be a heavy favorite against Jordan.

Leading the way for Jordan is six-year NBA veteran Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, who has been one of the tournament's biggest stories with averages of 31.5 points, 9.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists through three games. In Jordan's last outing, Hollis-Jefferson nearly powered the team to a win, but it ultimately fell by eight points in overtime.

In Team USA's most recent win, it was again strength in numbers as Austin Reaves' 15 points led a group of seven Americans with nine or more points. Jordan won't be an easy out, but Team USA should be motivated as its record — and point differential — will carry over to the next phase of group play.
